To Get Started:
Step One: Select your patient and take the photos following the guidelines provided

Step Two: Fill out order form by clicking on the button below.
Step Three: Fill out Imaging Service Prescription Form and Submit Patient Images.
Step Four: Schedule your patient to return after 3 business days for consultation.
